Chinese Company: CBEX Ponzi Scheme Collapses — Users Left Devastated as Withdrawals Halted

April 11, 2025 - 3 views

Early hours of 11th April 2025, a popular Nigerian Entrepreneur Chukwudi Iwuchukwu took to his Facebook handle on a recent scam company belonging to China.

He said thus "48 hours after I raised the alarm bell, the Chinese Ponzi scheme CBEX has crashed as users can’t withdraw their money.

Someone has $68,000 locked inside the platform and he has been inconsolable since morning.

Even with this sad development and set back for CBEX users in Nigeria, this was CBEX’s office in Ikeja this afternoon.

To know we have this number of gullible people in my country is worrying and distressing."

This post from him sparked a lot of reactions from netizens. Some are as follows:

Joshgenius: How do this advanced yahoo works abeg cause these Asian CEOs would even brag that they're registered with cbn (some even show up here live) yet run away with millions of dollars.

I read someone invested $68k way we for use do even if na 1.5x for arbitrage.

Elovichi Henry: A very gullible people, give them a genuine business that will fetch them money They will tell you they don't have money but once it's ponzi they will roll out millions.

NDI MGBU.

Gloria Nwaja: So ponzi schemes still exist in Nigeria. Never knew people are still looking for schemes to cash out from. Eventually the scheme profits so much from them at the end of the day.

Ndubuisi Nicholas:

Graduates. Educated people. The funny part is, the people doing them this are not in any level to manage million Naira properly.

Poverty of the brain.

Charles Kene Ojukwu: money has only one rule, service and returns, investment and returns, savings and returns, ponzi is not investing but discarding your money.
